Hi.

I just washed my favorite white shirt and now it's covered in dark smudges from something in the washing machine. Fuck. I don't have time to run it through another cycle tonight, so here's hoping it's not completely ruined. My clothes have a bad habit of shrinking, ripping, staining, you-name-it. I don't have an extensive wardrobe to begin with, so it bums me out when one more piece goes to shit.

We're getting up early tomorrow. Like, 4:00 am early. Or 4:30, if I have my say and since the alarm clock is on my side of the bed, I think I do. We're driving down to NYC to see friends and to watch a Mets game in Shea Stadium before it's torn down. It's going to be a packed weekend and I'm looking forward to getting away for a couple of nights. Lots of good food, drink and company are in my near future. Lucky me!
