Today one of my coworkers had both of her breasts removed. She was diagnosed two weeks ago with Stage III breast cancer. Stage III and she's only 39. Her cousin died of breast cancer a few months ago and now this. I'm still stunned by the news. Surgery, chemo and radiation better do their thing and heal my friend. I'm scared for her.

I don't have it in me to say a lot more tonight, so here are some sites I want to share with you.

First, there is this one. I can't tell you how I found her, but I'm sure glad I did. Now I know how to make the perfect poached egg.

Then there is Baking Bites. What a wealth of recipes and resources here. I've made the cranberry scones and they are so easy and so yummy. Just browse the site: there are recipes from foccacia to Girl Scout cookies. Oh yeah.
