Must. Pack. Now.

See, I'm flying out of Manchester, NH so Brian and I are driving down there after work tomorrow (fingers crossed I can leave work an hour or so early), so I have to pack tonight. We decided it was better to pay for one night in a hotel across the street from the airport versus getting up at 2 am on Saturday morning to drive down. And now that I think about it, that hotel bill is totally going to negate the cheapness of the ticket. Why I didn't just suck up the extra dough and buy a ticket out of Portland, I will never know.... Ah, well. Brian and I have stayed at this place before and it's very nice. Besides, this gives him a mini-break away too.

One load of laundry is in the dryer, one is the washer. I want to go to bed Right Now, but my suitcase is mocking me with its emptiness. I know I am going to forget something, but it's not like San Jose won't have Tampax or flip flops. I am checking my bag because I didn't want to buy a set of travel-size toiletries. Screw you, TSA, and your 3 oz rule. My little suitcase would fit perfectly in the overhead bin, but my full-size deodorant is apparently a matter of national security.

Here's hoping we all have stellar travel weather and safe flights (and open mountain passes).
