Monday Monday, sometimes it just turns out that way

So far today I've:

Fallen down the stairs and rolled my right ankle. Remember now, this is how I broke my right leg back in 2004. Nothing broken this time but my spirit as I sat on the floor clutching my throbbing ankle. (Here's where I add that I still have a bruise on my- again, right- leg from falling down the basement stairs last May. I bruised my leg bone and broke my big toe, which also still hurts. I...just don't know what to say about myself).

Spilled my coffee all over the kitchen counter just as I was about to take that perfect first sip.

Drove to work despite the oncoming snow storm. Leaving work early because of said snow storm and getting stuck on not one, but two streets because the goshdang plow truck decided to skip my neighborhood.

Had a meltdown or three over getting stuck, finally got unstuck and up the hill, shoveled out driveway, took long nap, shoveled out driveway again, made dinner, watched news in which I learn we got over a foot of snow today, ate some Hershey's Kisses, did some laundry, drank some tea and wished for wine instead, and now here I am.

My ankle is throbbing and my right ovary has decided to throb along with it. I am tired, headachy and feeling sick to my stomach. Even though I woke up from a bap less than four hours ago, I think I am calling it a day and going to bed.
