Ah, 2007...don't let the door hit you on the ass on the way out.

I'm ready for a new year, new challenges and new opportunities. 2007 wasn't the worst year ever, but it certainly didn't rank in the top ten either. This year was filled with lots of disappointments, both personally and professionally. I vow to not let 2008 slip through my fingers like I did with this one.

By the end of 2008, I want to: know how to purl already, dammit; be either popping out a kid or on the verge of doing so; have a finished novel; be more debt-free than debt-ridden; finish what I start; and have another stamp in my passport.

I am hopeful. I wish you a fantastic New Year.
