I just finished my fourth week on Weight Watchers. Down 6 pounds and fighting the urge to say 'only.' 6 pounds is 6 pounds and nothing to sneer at, but I'm a child of the Instant Gratification Generation: I want it to take mere days to lose what it took me years to put on.

It's been an interesting journey so far. I'm writing in depth elsewhere about it, but I am 100% committed to making this work.
